Corporate Membership FAQ's

  • How does the reserved court slot work?

    When you sign up, you choose a 90-minute slot — same day, same time, every week — for the year ahead. Slots are available weekdays between 1pm and 6pm. The court is yours. Your team can use it for matches, training, client entertainment, or whatever else works.

  • Why afternoons only?

    Two reasons. First, it's when corporate use cases naturally fit — half-day off-sites, client entertainment, mid-week team time. Second, it keeps evenings and weekends fully available for our individual members and walk-up players. Everyone wins.

  • What if our preferred slot isn't available?

    Slots are allocated on a first-come basis. The best afternoon slots will go quickly — early sign-ups get first choice. Once a slot's taken, it's locked in for your company for the whole year.

  • Can we change our slot during the year?

    Permanent changes can be requested subject to availability. One-off swaps for special occasions are usually possible — just talk to the team.

  • Can other employees use the membership?

    Anyone from your company can join the team's weekly slot — it's your court.

  • How does the brand visibility work?

    Your logo features on the Ollo Corporate Members page on our website and on our in-venue digital signboards.

  • Does Corporate renew automatically?

    Memberships run for 12 months and renew annually subject to availability. Existing corporates get first refusal at renewal. If a corporate steps down, the place opens to the next business on the waitlist.
