Assistant Manager

Ollo Roundhouse is more than a padel venue. It’s a place built around people, community and shared moments — and we’re looking for an Assistant Manager to help bring that to life every day.

This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys leading from the floor, supporting a team and creating a great experience for everyone who walks through the door.

The Role

As Assistant Manager, you’ll work closely with the General Manager to keep the venue running smoothly, support the team, and help create the welcoming, social atmosphere Ollo is known for.

You’ll be involved in day-to-day operations, customer experience, events and team leadership — helping turn a great space into a great place to be.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Supporting daily venue operations
  • Leading shifts and supervising staff
  • Creating a friendly, welcoming atmosphere
  • Helping deliver socials and events
  • Supporting coaching and court schedules
  • Handling customer queries confidently
  • Helping maintain high standards
  • This is a varied role where no two days look the same.

Who This Role Is For
